Bookings Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you are agreeing to these terms.

 

1. Non-Refundable Deposit / Booking Fee & Confirmation

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit/booking fee to secure your space in the diary.

  • If you book over message, a payment link will be sent to your email or phone.

  • You have 24 hours to pay the non-refundable deposit/booking fee — if not paid within this time, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

  • Permanent Makeup (PMU) appointments require a £50 non-refundable deposit/booking fee.

  • Fine line tattoo appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit/booking fee, based on the size and design discussed.

2. Consultations

  • You are entitled to one complimentary consultation.

  • If you miss this consultation or reschedule within 72 hours, a £25 consultation fee will be required to rebook.

  • Consultations can be arranged via message or booking link, and must be confirmed in advance.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 72 hours in advance by:

  • Contacting us via 07445 892496, or

  • Using your Timely account/app.

  • If you reschedule or cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment:

  • You will be required to pay a new non-refundable deposit/booking fee to rebook.

  • If you do not show up on the day, you will be required to:

  • Pay the full appointment amount upfront before any future booking is confirmed.

4. Late Arrival Policy

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, we may not have enough time to complete your treatment.

  • You may be asked to rebook, and your non-refundable deposit/booking fee will be lost.

  • If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and you will need to pay a new non-refundable deposit/booking fee to rebook.

  • This policy is in place to protect the time and quality of service for all clients.

5. No-Shows

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will result in:

  • The loss of your non-refundable deposit/booking fee, and

  • A requirement to pay the full amount upfront to rebook.

6. Complimentary Touch-Up Appointments

  • Complimentary touch-ups must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

  • You can do this by:

  • Contacting 07445 892496, or

  • Using the Timely app.

  • If you miss or need to reschedule a complimentary touch-up appointment (with less than 72 hours’ notice), a £50 rebooking fee will apply.

7. Illness or Emergencies

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness or exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • These situations will be assessed on a client-by-client basis, and a doctor’s note may be required as proof.

  • Please ensure you read all pre-care and aftercare advice before your appointment.
